This item does not qualify for our standard 30 day Return Policy. Because the Sticky Hips feature an adhesive and reusable layer, they are considered disposable and consequently can not be returned for refund. However, if the Pads are tried on with the plastic layer attached and the sticky adhesive did not come in contact with skin, fabric or other surfaces, we will be happy to accept your return for exchange or store credit.

Estimated up to 80 washes before adhesive layer fades...but can be used inside pocket-panties after adhesive is no longer effective!

• We estimate about 80 washings before adhesive layer fades. Then, after adhesive is gone, pads can be worn inside pocket-panties!

1. For first time wearers, we recommend first removing the pads from the package and leaving the protective plastic film in place.
2. Stand in front of a mirror.
3. Then slip the pads into your shapewear/hosiery/pants and move them around until you get the look you want.
4. Once in place, slip one hand along the outside of the pad and gently pull the plastic film upward to expose the sticky side of the pad.
5. After removing the film, press the pad against the garment's fabric to get a secure stick.
6. Repeat on the other side.
7. After getting the hang of it, you may want to slide the pads into your undergarment without the protective film. Others may choose to stick the pads to their undergarment before putting it on.

• Clean when pads get dirty and/or lose their stickiness. To clean, run warm water over the pads, then gently rub a drop of liquid soap with fingers over sticky side of pad to loosen any lint or dirt. Rinse. Repeat with other pad. Air dry, sticky side up. When dry, re-cover with plastic film for storage.
• Keep away from sharp objects and sources of heat.
• Do not apply additional adhesives like double-sided tape or fabric adhesive sprays to the pads. Such adhesives will damage, deteriorate and ruin the outer protective TPU skin of the pad.

Do these pads come in pairs?
Yes, a purchase of 1 item includes 2 pads - one for each side of the body.

Do Sticky Buns/Sticky Hips stick to my skin or to my clothes?
Our Sticky Buns and Sticky Hips stick to clothing, not to the skin. We do not sell pads that stick to the skin for 2 reasons: (1) adhesive can be a skin irritant for many people and (2) with movement and body heat the adhesive will detach from the skin. Our Sticky Pads are best paired with shapewear or outerwear that is form fitting to help hold the pads against the body (like jeans, our BunHuggers or a pair of full-coverage underwear).

Should I get foam or silicone pads?
Silicone is a premium material, feels real and features very thin edges (a great benefit when worn under thinner fabrics or form-fitting fashions). Foam padding is lightweight and less malleable which can result in more dramatic projection. Foam has thicker edges so it is best suited under heavier fabrics like denim and wool.

Should I get Round, Oblong or Elongated pads?
We offer 3 shapes of padding. These Elongated pads are long and are designed to be worn as hip pads. Round pads are typically worn over the butt cheeks. Oblong pads can be worn as butt or hip pads. But the great thing about our Stickies Collection is that they can be worn just about anywhere you want curves!

Can I wear Sticky Hips in one of your padded butt panties?
Yes! This product pairing will surely provide hourglass curves. Sticky Hips are best suited with any of our mid-thigh padded panties like the Bonded Body, Foxy Fanny Mid Thigh or the I Heart Curves.
