Returns & Exchanges

Easy Steps for Returning

  1. Prepare shipment: Re-use the original packaging. If you don't have it anymore, use equivalent packaging (choose an appropriate/protective mailer to prevent product damage during shipping).

  2. Include a copy of the invoice. Complete Section #1 on the Invoice enclosed with your order. Also complete Section #2 only if you are exchanging any or all items in your order. Call 800-401-5811 or email us if you need a copy of your invoice emailed to you. Alternatively, you can include a piece of paper with your order number and/or your name and phone number inside the package. Make sure to tell us if you want a refund or exchange.

  3. Postage Labels: Customers in the USA can Email, call us at 1-800-401-5811 ext 3, or Chat to request a Pre-paid return label (sent via email), or you can supply your own postage.

    • If exchanging, pre-paid labels are free for one exchange per order.

    • If utilizing our Pre-Paid label to return your order for a refund, a $6.95 convenience fee will be deducted from your refund.

    • **Pre-paid labels are valid for 21 days after being emailed to you, so please use it as promptly as possible.

    • Unfortunately we are not able to provide pre-paid labels for International orders; any return shipping arrangements for International orders must be made by the customer.

      If you wish to purchase your own postage, you can affix this convenient unpaid label to your return package (postage to be paid by customer). But you may alternatively use your own label - we do not require the use of this label.

      You can print USPS postage at home then give the package to your USPS postal carrier, take it to a local US Post Office or USPS drop location, or schedule a free USPS pickup. Or use a service like UPS or FEDEX for your shipment.

      Because you, the customer, owns and is responsible for the merchandise until it is received back at our facility, we strongly suggest the use of tracking services from the USPS/UPS/FEDEX so there is no dispute regarding delivery to our distribution center. Sorry, but we can not take responsibility for returns that do not reach our facility!

Tips for Trying-on Underwear Items

Keep the tags and packaging until you know you're keeping your purchase. All tags and/or packaging must be intact or attached when returned.

Underwear items cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on without protection, so please try these items on over your own underwear to qualify for a refund.

Please do not wear perfume, tanning lotions, powders or deodorant when trying on your purchase. Marks, stains or scents may make items non-refundable.

Returns That Will Not Be Refunded or Credited

Bubbles does not accept returns or exchanges on worn, washed or soiled items. Items that are worn, without tags attached, stained, soiled, washed or dried will be not be refunded.

Some merchandise such as Clearance items, Hosiery and Disposable items are not returnable. If a product can not be returned it will be noted on the individual product page.

Items that are postmarked after the allowable return period, or that have obvious signs of wear, washing or damage, will not be credited except at the discretion of Bubbles Bodywear. If credit is given, a 50% fee may be deducted from the refund amount.


Once our warehouse receives the authorized return merchandise, returns are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Refunds are issued within 21 business days to the original form of payment used for purchasing. If the above listed procedures are not followed (missing invoice, etc) credit can not be guaranteed in a timely manner due to administrative delays.

Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.


If one or more items of a pack (2-packs, 3-packs, 5-packs, etc) is returned, only the difference between the regular price of the item and the pack/set will be refunded. Example: One BubbleBuns Boyshort is returned from a $40 2-pack. The regular price of the BubbleBuns is $34. The customer will receive a $6 credit for the one returned panty ($40 - $34 = $6). If our customer chooses to return an item that was part of a buy one get one free special, there will be no credit for the returned item.


Regarding free or discount shipping offers, if items in an order are returned, customers may be charged the standard shipping fee or a percentage of that fee.


Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. Backorder items are shipped immediately upon availability.

We will notify you via email that the item is on backorder and will also notify you via email when the item ships to you.
