Returns & Exchanges

We hope you LOVE YOUR BUBBLES! But if something didn't work out for you, we accept returns and exchanges that are sent back to us within 30 days of the order's delivery date. No need to contact us first. Just pack-up your return and mail it back to us.

1. Prep: Please ship your item(s) back to us within 30 days of receiving your package. Re-use the original packaging. If you don't have it anymore, use equivalent packaging (choose an appropriate/protective mailer to prevent product damage during shipping).

2. Include a copy of the invoice. Complete Section #1 on the Invoice enclosed with your order. Also complete Section #2 only if you are exchanging any or all items in your order. Contact us if you need a copy of your invoice emailed to you. Alternatively, you can include a piece of paper with your order number and/or your name and phone number inside the package.

You can purchase your own postage or request a postage-paid label by completing the form below. The label will be emailed to you. We offer 3 options for customers who would like to use our postage-paid labels...

  1. FREE RETURN: When you request Store Credit to your Love My Bubbles online account, the postage label is free to use.

  2. FREE EXCHANGE: When you are exchanging, the postage label is free to use for one return shipment per order. And your exchange's standard shipping will also be free. Need your exchange faster? Chat or call us to upgrade your exchange's shipping method.

  3. GET A REFUND: When you request a refund, the following fees will be deducted from your refund (based on package weight):

    0 - 2 pounds over 2 pounds

Unfortunately we are not able to provide pre-paid labels for International orders. Any return shipping arrangements for International orders must be made by the customer. Note that International orders must be returned for refund. If you need a different style or size, please place a new order.

Return packages are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. If the returned items are approved for refund, your money will be issued to your original form of payment, usually within a few days, but it may be up to 21 days.

If you choose to purchase your own postage label (like at UPS, FedEx or USPS), we encourage you to get a tracking number so we can all be sure of your package's delivery to our facility. If we have not received your returned order and tracking information does not show the item as sent or delivered, we will ask that you file a claim with the carrier for a lost package before we can process a refund or exchange.

In instances where your payment method does not allow for a refund within the time that we are attempting to issue a refund, you will be refunded to store credit instead. (i.e. Pay Pal's and most credit cards' refund policy covers 180 days, and their refund policy supersedes ours. If, in special cases where a return/refund is due to you after that period of 180 days, the refund will be in the form of Store Credit).
After your return is processed, we will create an account for you. Then we will add the Store Credit to your new account. You will receive an email confirming your new account and a second email to set your password. For security reasons, all store credit is issued to the billing email address used to place the order.

Please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. If you feel that you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please send us photos of the issue and your order number using this short Defect Report Form. Please note: no submissions will be considered after 90 days of order receipt.

Products are warrantied up to 30 days. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or from any alteration. Apparel manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to sewing/bonding irregularities.

What is not considered defective:
  • For all products: Damage caused by objects such as fingernails or jewelry
  • For garments: Worn or frayed fabric/stitching due to normal wash and wear
  • For Foam Pads: Small creases/indentations that are a result of storage/shipping, that do not recover after wash/wear and are undetectable when worn, and color variations
  • For Silicone Pads: Damage that is a result of putting Pads in a clothes dryer, and color variations

Any items that fall out outside of our return policy will be discarded and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. If your account is flagged for returns policy violations, we will no longer be able to accept future returns.

Tips for Trying-on Underwear Items

Keep the tags and packaging until you know you're keeping your purchase. All tags and/or packaging must be intact or attached when returned.

Underwear items cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on without protection, so please try these items on over your own underwear to qualify for a refund.

Please do not wear perfume, tanning lotions, powders or deodorant when trying on your purchase. Marks, stains or scents may make items non-refundable.



Bubbles does not accept returns or exchanges on worn, washed or stained items. Items that are worn, stained, altered, damaged, washed/dried will be not be refunded.

Clearance items, Hosiery and disposable styles are Final Sale. If a product is "Final Sale", it will be noted on the individual product page.

Products with adhesive, like our Sticky Buns and Sticky Hips, can be returned for exchange or store credit only if the plastic protective covering has not been removed. If skin or clothing comes in contact with the adhesive, please contact us for return options.

We know that you're busy! So we work with our customers when they can't get their return package in the mail within 30 days. But please note that returns postmarked after our 30-day return window may undergo additional review for refund approval. Any items that have obvious signs of wear, washing or damage, will not be credited except at the discretion of management. If credit is given, a damage fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once our warehouse receives the authorized return merchandise, returns are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Refunds are issued within 21 business days to the original form of payment used for purchasing. If the above listed procedures are not followed (missing invoice, etc) credit can not be guaranteed in a timely manner due to administrative delays.

Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.


If one or more items of a pack (2-packs, 3-packs, 5-packs, etc) is returned, only the difference between the regular price of the item and the pack/set will be refunded. Example: One BubbleBuns Boyshort is returned from a $40 2-pack. The regular price of the BubbleBuns is $34. The customer will receive a $6 credit for the one returned panty ($40 - $34 = $6). If our customer chooses to return an item that was part of a buy one get one free special, there will be no credit for the returned item.

For issues or disputes regarding credit/debit card charges, we encourage customers to contact us directly so that we may offer a quick resolution. Please note that illegitimate chargebacks will result in a ban from purchasing from Bubbles Bodywear in the future.

As most customers already know, we offer highly customizable curve-boosting solutions, including our Panty/Pad Sets - some with optional Padding add-ons. When we offer Optional Add-ons to our Panty/Pad Sets, we provide a significant discount to maximize value for our customers. After a customer receives a Panty/Pad Set, they may decide that not all the items in the set work for them. In these cases, refunds are determined based on the items that are kept. Here are a couple of examples:

  • If the Optional pads are returned, a refund is issued for the optional add-on price paid (ie: Thick Foam Pads were added-on for $7.00 and then returned. $7.00 will be refunded.)

  • A Panty/Pad Set ($40.00) is purchased with the optional Thick Foam Pads ($7.00) and Silicone 5XL Pads ($35.00) for a total of $82.00. The Panty/Pad Set didn't fit quite right but the customer loves the Silicone Pads and will use them in another Bubbles pocket-panty they have from a previous order. So they return the Panty/Pad Set and Thick Foam, but they keep the Silicone Pads. When purchased separately, the Thick Foam Pads are $24.00 and Silicone 5XL Pads are $49.00. This comes to $73.00. So the refund amount will be $9.00 ($82.00 - $73.00).
