How We Ship: We ship International orders via USPS or FEDEX Services to the validated billing address of the buyer's credit card.

Merchandise is shipped in plain brown boxes, or white or red mailers. There are no additional brand or logo markings on the packages. However, International packages require our company name and package content details for Customs purposes.
Tracking numbers are provided via email when items are shipped. Please be aware that SPAM blockers may prevent customers from receiving these emails so please check junk and spam folders.
We are diligent about protecting our customer's privacy and preventing fraud. We work closely with the credit card issuers and law enforcement to deter and prevent fraudulent payment methods. For international orders, we ship only to the Billing address and the Billing information must match what the card issuer has on file. We reserve the right to refuse any order if we feel that the payment, shipping or billing information submitted may be fraudulent in any way.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, please return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment in US Dollars. Sorry but we do not refund in cash or check or to a different card number.
