*Bubbles Bodywear reserves the right to ship the best/fastest method possible (we may use USPS, FedEx or UPS). FedEx/UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/AE addresses so USPS will always be used for these addresses.

*We are not responsible for carrier delays (which can occur due to "Act of God" (like weather delays), or "Public Authority" (in the event of government actions, such as road closures).

A note about Out of Stock items and shipping...
While most of our items are in-stock and ready to ship, occasionally an item runs out of stock between the time an order is placed on our website and the time the order is packed in our warehouse. If your purchase can not be shipped as promised, you will be alerted by email and/or by phone.

IMPORTANT Shipping Notes...

Customers are required to ensure that there is a secure area for packages in the event that no one is home to accept delivery. Signatures are not always required. Please understand that we can not be responsible for items that are lost or stolen after tracking shows delivery. In the event that a package is not delivered due to the customer providing an incorrect or unsafe delivery address, no refund will be issued. There is a $4.00 for signatures.
Merchandise is shipped in unmarked boxes or mailing bags. There are no brand or logo markings on the packages (International package exceptions).
Orders to APO/FPO/AE addresses are shipped using USPS.
Tracking numbers are provided via email when items are shipped.
We are diligent about protecting our customer's privacy and preventing fraud. We work closely with the credit card issuers and law enforcement to deter and prevent fraudulent payment methods. If the billing information does not match what the card issuer has on file, it may delay your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order if we feel that the payment, shipping or billing information submitted may be fraudulent in any way.

IN MIAMI FLORIDA?

If you are in the Miami area, you may pick-up your order at our facility (located in the Wynwood/Edgewater neighborhood). Simply call us or place your order on our website (for online orders, choose "Free Shipping", then call us immediately at 1-800-401-5811 to hold your order for pick-up).

Please note that our facility is not open to the public. Customers will be given and sign-for their order at our gate (we can not offer the ability to try-on products at our location).
