I Think My Product Has a Defect. What Do I Do?


If you think you received a product that's not quite right, don't worry! We guarantee the quality of our products by replacing items with confirmed defects free of charge.

Ways to report a problem with your Bubbles product:

  1. Fastest: Send us photos. Use the form below to submit photos of the defect. Please make sure that the photos clearly show the product/defect, including the produt tag and/or packaging and the defect itself. Please allow us 1 business day to reply.



  2. Alternative: Return the item back for review. Mail the item back to us. Feel free to request one of our return labels. If the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, the label will of course be complimentary.


Defect Policy:

Products are warrantied up to 30 days, but not more than 90 days after receipt. A defective product is one that has an imperfection due to a manufacturing defect.

What is not considered defective:
  • Garments: Worn or frayed fabric/stitching due to normal wash and wear
  • All products: Damage caused by objects such as fingernails or jewelry
  • Pads (Foam and Silicone): Color variations
  • Pads/Padded Underwear (Foam): Small creases/indentations that are a result of storage/shipping, that do not recover after wash/wear and are undectable when worn.
  • Pads (Silicone): Damage that is a result of putting Pads in a clothes dryer
