I Think My Product Has a Defect. What Do I Do?
If you think you received a product that's not quite right, don't worry! We guarantee the quality of our products by replacing items with confirmed defects. Please note, most products are guaranteed for 30 days, and no submissions will be considered after 90 days of product ownership.
Ways to report a problem with your Bubbles product:
- Fastest Method: Send us photos. Use the form below to submit photos of the defect. Please make sure that the photos clearly show the product/defect, including the product tag and/or packaging and the defect itself. Please allow us 1 business day to reply.
- Alternative Method: Return the item back for review. Mail the item back to us. Feel free to request one of our return labels. If the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, the label will of course be complimentary.
Defect Policy:
Products are warrantied up to 30 days. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or from any alteration. Apparel manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to sewing/bonding irregularities.
What is
not considered defective:
- For all products: Damage caused by objects such as fingernails or jewelry
- For garments: Worn or frayed fabric/stitching due to normal wash and wear
- For Foam Pads: Small creases/indentations that are a result of storage/shipping, that do not recover after wash/wear and are undetectable when worn, and color variations
- For Silicone Pads: Damage that is a result of putting Pads in a clothes dryer, and color variations
