E-Commerce Fulfillment, Administrative and Customer Service Specialist

A special note: This job posting is aimed at those who seek a long-term opportunity. Typically, we train 2-3 months before team members interact with customers solo. While the opening will be filled upon the hiring a candidate, we are not urgently hiring.
DESCRIPTION:

Bubbles Bodywear is a small but growing company seeking a positive, responsible, nice-to-the-core team member to provide e-commerce order fulfillment, inventory handling and exceptional customer support. Being a small company, our team members wear many hats throughout the day. Avoid the repetitive doldrums of other jobs and become a jack-of-many trades! By handling many tasks throughout the work day, we aim to keep the job interesting, the body healthy and the brain refreshed.
PURPOSE:

To maintain daily business functions and uphold customer satisfaction by providing hands-on problem-solving solutions through daily Customer Service, Shipping and other related inventory functions.
DUTIES:

E-commerce order fulfillment, picking/packing orders, inventory organization, Customer Service phone/chat/email correspondence, return/exchange processing, packing, tagging and Quality Control.
DAILY TASKS/OBJECTIVES:

Be a Jack-of-Many-Trades and never get bored in our busy work environment.
  1. Process shipments (print/pack e-commerce orders)
  2. Returns/Exchanges and Inventory Handling
  3. Answer Customer phone calls
  4. Reply to Customer emails
  5. "Chat" with Customers
  6. Resolve customer complaints with composure and respect
  7. Become a Bubbles product expert to provide advice and shopping assistance
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Self-starters and initiative-takers are welcome. While industry experience is preferred, if you're a smart, creative-thinking, hard-working person, we are willing to train.
  1. Experience in Retail and/or Ecommerce business is preferred.
  2. In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  3. Strong communication skills.
  4. Exceptional, creative problem-solving skills.
  5. A mature and positive disposition.
  6. A strong willingness to help people.
  7. Due to the possibility that customers may call with sensitive personal matters, this position requires maturity, discretion, tact and a kind disposition.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Note: This is not a remote work position. 35-40 in-person hours/week are required at our location (in the Edgewater/Wynwood area of Miami).
  1. Strong computer and writing skills are a plus for communicating clearly and efficiently with customers by E-mail and Chat.
  2. Experience using Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred.
  3. Experience in a fast paced environment with an ability to work quickly & efficiently while remaining detail oriented.
  4. This can be a somewhat physically demanding job - there will be days that you will be on your feet all day, or perhaps days that you will be at your desk all day. Bending down, reaching, light lifting are requirements of the job.
  5. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
  6. Ability to adapt quickly to process changes.
  7. A strong work ethic with appreciation for punctuality.
  8. Education: High school dimploma. AA/BA/BS is preferred or equivalent employment experience in the industry.
  9. The ability to work Full-time, Monday through Friday.
  10. Physical ability to be standing, bending and lifting during a full day of work.

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & PERKS:

Compensation is Hourly, commensurate with experience and education.
