Which is better for me - Padded Underwear or a Butt Lifter?
Padded Underwear is recommended for:

- Those with a flat bottom.
- Those who wish to get an hourglass, curvier look.

Butt Bras (No padding, open-back design) are recommended for:
- Those who prefer a natural but noticeable booty lift, without the use of padding.
