SHIPPING INFORMATION & POLICIES
We ship to the 50 United States, Canada and Overseas (see country list) using United States Postal Service and UPS. Standard, Expedited and Overnight services are available. Always use UPS if you need your package by a particular date!
Shipping days are Monday thru Saturday (non-holidays). All orders usually ship within one (1) business day (excluding Sunday, national holidays and backordered items). Please note: UPS orders ship Monday through Friday only.

*USPS Express shipments are sent USPS Express Mail with an Overnight or 2-day Delivery commitment. Shipments arrive Monday thru Friday (Saturday to most residential addresses), except holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

We offer UPS services for customers who need a specific delivery date or tracking on their shipment.
- Costs are calculated during checkout according to your shipping zip code and merchandise weight.
- Overnight and 2-Day orders must be placed before 2PM EST for same day shipping (excluding backordered items). UPS delivers Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Important Notes About International Shipping
- How We Ship:International orders ship via USPS Services. We ship only to the validated billing address of the buyer's credit card! We reserve the right to refuse any order.
- Where We Ship: We ship to most European, South American and Caribbean countries, the UAE and South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Click here see a full list of countries to which we ship.
- Tracking Options: USPS has stopped providing tracking services for USPS First Class International. USPS still issues a tracking number, but when checked, tracking will report "There is no record of this mail item". If you require tracking information, please choose the USPS International Priority Service.
- ABOUT DUTY AND TAXES DUE: Please note that customer is responsible for the import duties and taxes (VAT) that may be due after your package reaches your country. Please contact your local customs office to verify fees and regulations. Sorry but we can not be responsible for customs delays!
MISCELLANEOUS SHIPPING INFO:
- Please ensure that there is a secure area for packages to be left by the USPS or UPS in the event that no one is home to accept delivery. Please understand that we can not be responsible for items that are lost or stolen AFTER packages are scanned as "Delivered" (with or without signature).
- Merchandise is shipped in plain brown boxes, or white or red mailers. The return address reads "S&V LLC". There are no additional brand or logo markings on the packages (except for International packages which require company and contents details for customs purposes).
- USPS requires that most orders to APO/FPO addresses be shipped using USPS First Class Mail.
- Delivery Confirmation numbers are provided via email when items are shipped. Please be aware that SPAM blockers may prevent customers from receiving these emails (especially AOL).
- Real-time tracking numbers are provided for UPS shipments. Delivery Confirmation and/or Signature Confirmation is used for all orders shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
- We are very careful about protecting our customer's privacy and preventing fraud. We work closely with the credit card issuers and law enforcement to deter and prevent fraudulent payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse any order if we feel that the payment, shipping or billing information submitted may be fraudulent in any way.
