 We understand that ordering clothing over the Internet can be a stressful experience. You can't touch it or try it on or conveniently take it back to the store for a different size.
So, to ease the stress a bit, Bubbles will re-ship exchange item(s) free of additional shipping charges if you exchange your original order (for one exchange only). If you need to exchange an item again on the same order, each subsequent exchange shipment will incur standard shipping fees. If you exchange for a differently priced item, you will be credited or charged the difference.
Returns & Exchanges: Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your item within 90 days with a Return Authorization.
General notes about returning intimate items:
- All tags and/or packaging must be intact or attached, and items must be re-packaged in a mailer that will protect their fabric and shape.
- Underwear items cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on without protection, so please try these items on over your own underwear to qualify for a refund.
- We suggest you do not wear perfume, tanning lotions, powders or deodorant when trying on your purchase. Marks, stains or scents will make the item non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
- Some merchandise such as Clearance items, Hosiery and Disposable items (like disposable garment shields, adhesive silicone products and Everyday Pasties) are not returnable. If a product can not be returned it will be noted on the individual product page.

How to ship your return:
- GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION: To return an item for full credit, please fill out our short
Return Authorization Request form within 90 days of delivery.
- Use this convenient label to tape to your return package. Postage must be paid by customer. You may use your own label - you are not required to use this label.
- Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package for proper processing. Because you the customer owns and is responsible for the merchandise until it is received back at our facility, we strongly suggest that returns utilize insurance and/or tracking services from the USPS/UPS/FEDEX so there is no dispute about the product's delivery to our distribution center. Sorry, but we can not take responsibility for returns that do not reach our facility!
- Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition with all original packaging intact. Package must be returned in original shipping box or one comparable.
- Include a copy of the invoice, order number and/or your full name inside the package. To expedite the retrun process please include order number, name, contact information and instructions on whether you want a refund or exchange.
- Sorry but we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn, washed or soiled items (you can try it on over your underwear of course, but if you plan to return it, remove the item immediately and contact us for a Return Authorization). Items that are worn, without tags attached, stained, soiled, washed or dried will be returned to the customer.
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of receiving the Return Authorization. Items received without a Return Authorization, that are postmarked after the return period, or that have obvious signs of wear, washing or damage, will not be credited except at the discretion of Bubbles Bodywear. If credit is given a 25% administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
ISSUING CREDIT
Once our warehouse receives the authorized return merchandise, returns are usually processed within 1 week. We will issue a refund within 21 business days to the original form of payment used for purchasing. If the proper procedures are not followed (missing invoice, improper return packaging, etc) credit can not be guaranteed in a timely manner due to administrative delays. Sorry, shipping and handling are not refundable.
BUY ONE GET ONE FREE / PACKS / KITS
If our customer chooses to return an item that was part of a buy one get one free special, there will be no credit for the returned item. If one or more items of a pack (2-packs, 3-packs, 5-packs, etc) is returned, only the difference between the regular price of the item and the "pack price" will be refunded. Example: One BubbleBuns Boyshort is returned from a $40 2-pack. The regular price of the BubbleBuns is $34. The customer will receive a $6 credit for the one returned panty ($40 - $34 = $6).
FREE/$1 SHIPPING OFFERS
Regarding free or discount shipping offers, if all items in an order are returned, customers may be charged a $4.95 shipping fee.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. Backorder items are usually restocked within 1-2 weeks and are immediately shipped once new factory shipments arrive.
