We understand that ordering clothing over the Internet can be a stressful experience. You can't touch it or try it on or conveniently take it back to the store for a different size.
So, to ease the stress a bit, Bubbles provides free shipping on a new style or size if you return your original order. Just follow the return instructions listed below and we will ship your exchange free of additional shipping charges for one exchange. If you exchange for a differently priced item, you will be credited or charged the difference between the two items.
Our goal is to ship exchanges within 24 hours of receiving the exchanged item!
Returns & Exchanges:
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your item with a Return Authorization.
Please note, some merchandise (such as clearance items, Undergarment Guards, Boobles Silicone bra and Everyday Pasties) are not returnable. If a product is not returnable it will be noted on the individual product page.
- To return an item for full credit, please fill out our short
Return Authorization Request
form within 14 days of delivery to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
- Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box for proper processing. Because you the customer owns and is responsible for the merchandise until it is received back at our facility, we recommend that returns utilize insurance and/or "Delivery Confirmation" services from the USPS so there is no dispute about the product's delivery to our distribution center. Sorry, but we can not take responsibility for returns that do not reach our facility!
- Include a copy of the invoice of returned item with package. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition with all original packaging intact. Package must be returned in original shipping box or one comparable.
- If you do not have your original packing slip, don't worry! Just enclose a note with the returned merchandise including the following information: Order number, name, address, e-mail address, reason for return and instructions on whether your want a refund, replacement or exchange.
- By law we cannot and will not accept returns or exchanges on worn, washed or soiled items (you can try it on of course, but if you plan to return it, you must remove the item and return immediately). Items that are worn, stained, soiled, washed, dryed, or returned in anything but new condition will not be returned to the customer or refunded.
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of receiving the Return Authorization. Items received without a Return Authorization, that are postmarked after the 7 day return deadline, or that have obvious signs of wear, washing or damage, will not be credited except at the discretion of Sweet and Vicious LLC. If credit is given a 25% administrative/restocking fee may be deducted from the return amount.
- Once our warehouse receives the authorized return merchandise, we will issue a refund within 21 business days to the original credit card or PayPal account used for purchasing. If the proper procedures are not followed (missing invoice, improper return packaging, etc) credit can not be guaranteed in a timely manner due to administrative delays. Sorry, shipping and handling are not refundable.
- A note about returning "buy one get one free special" items: If our customer chooses to return an item that was part of a buy one get one free special, there will be no credit if the returned item was the "free" item. If the item returned is the item that was purchased, then the refunded amount will equal the purchased item minus the ticket price of the free item at time of purchase.
- Regarding free shipping offers: if items are returned, Sweet and Vicious LLC reserves the right to retain original shippping fees.

Stock Availability:
Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. When an item becomes unavailable, we will put it on backorder. Backorder items are usually restocked within 2 weeks and are immediately shipped once new shipments arrive.
We will notify you via email that the item is on backorder and will notify you via email when the item ships to you.
