What are your International Shipping options?

International orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). For pricing and more details please refer to our Shipping page.

We ship to most European, South American and Caribbean countries, the UAE and South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.  See the full list of countries to which we ship.

We ship only to the validated billing address of the buyer's credit card and we reserve the right to refuse any order.

Options & Estimated Shipping Times:

The international shipping process can be somewhat unpredictable but most international customers will receive their order in the following time frames:

  1. International Priority parcels are usually delivered within 10 days of the shipping date. Note that the Priority International Service does provide tracking information.

  2. International First Class parcels within 2-5 weeks of the shipping date (customs delays, weather and other unforeseen circumstances occassionally delays delivery past 4 weeks)

Although a tracking number is issued, unfortunately tracking is NOT available for FIRST CLASS International orders shipped via the USPS. If tracked, the USPS message is misleading, stating "no record of that mail item". However, if you receive an email from us stating that your package shipped, it did indeed ship and you should expect delivery of your merchandise in 2-4 weeks of that ship date.

Please remember when picking up your package that you may be responsible for the import duties and taxes (VAT) that may be due after your package reaches your country. Please contact your local customs office to verify fees and regulations. Sorry but we can not be responsible for customs delays! For more details please refer back to our Shipping page or our Payment page.
