I received my shipping notification but can't track my package!

Shipping within the U.S.:

Depending on the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS), tracking information may not be available for the first few hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email from us. If 24 hours have passed and the tracking information shows no movement, please contact Customer Service at 800-401-5811.


International Shipping:

Please note that if you are shipping to an address outside the US, USPS has stopped providing tracking services for USPS First Class International. USPS still issues a tracking number, but when checked, tracking will report "There is no record of this mail item".

If you require tracking information, please choose the USPS International Priority Service.
