Why haven't I received an order or shipment confirmation?

An automatic email is sent to our customers at the following points in the order process:

  1. At the completion of every order
  2. When an item ships
  3. When a credit is issued to a customer

Unfortunately these emails, because they are automatically generated by a software program, can be wrongly sent to junk or spam folders. If you do not see any of these emails in your Inbox, please check one of these other folders.

To avoid this problem in the future, please add service[@]lovemybubbles.com to your address book.

If you still cannot find the emails, it may be that there is a typo in the email address on your account or that you did not submit an email address with your order.

Just contact us at 800-401-5811 and we will give you the information by phone. 


If paying by Paypal:

In order for your order to be complete and submitted to our system, the "Return to Merchant" button at the end of the Paypal payment process must be "clicked". This action completes the order on our website. If that button is not clicked, it is possible that we did not receive your order into our system. Please call us at 800-401-5811 to complete your order.
